Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take additional time — we'll notify you if there are significant delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard shipping via USPS, FedEx, or UPS
- Expedited and express options available at checkout
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including the European Union. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout via our carrier partners (USPS, DHL Express, FedEx).
Estimated international delivery times: 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier.
EU Orders — Customs & Duties Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before ordering.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
