Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Forged Flag Society, we stand behind every product we produce. Because our apparel is printed on demand specifically for you, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Misprinted or incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, wrong design)

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email us at support@forgedflagsociety.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is confirmed. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. We do not offer size exchanges for correctly fulfilled orders.
